Khun Chuwong, originally from the province of Phuket, visited the island of Koh Samui with his wife Khun Ple in 2005. They immediately fell in love with the island, its people, the lifestyle and decided to make Samui their second home. Meanwhile, Khun Chuwong has been very active in the real estate market decided in 2013 to purchase an enchanted plot in Chaweng Noi that will soon become Verano Residence.
