After 16 years of experience in real estate development, C.J. Realtors was founded as a consulting and general building renovation company on the island of Koh Samui in Thailand

With a technical, commercial and financial background at the Financial Business School of Strasbourg, CJ our founder started his career with a national construction developer in the European metropolis of Lille. Sales representative and assistant of new real estate programs, he has built the equivalent of 400 housing units in 8 years by occupying the positions of Program Manager, Program Director and Area Director. From land search to turnkey delivery with the signature of the authentic deed before a notary, all the administrative, legal, commercial and production procedures were managed on each business unit with dedicated and responsive teams. Following the subprime crisis, CJ wanted to put its expertise at the service of private clients who wanted to renovate their homes, create an extension or simply improve their living environment. Mainly residential, industrial or commercial projects have been carried out each year in parallel.With a natural empathy, CJ relies on an efficient and reliable network on Koh Samui to meet all your requests whether they are for land search, properties existing for sale or rental, the construction of your villa, the renovation of your house or the complete real estate operation of grouped houses.
